The Position

Team ARC is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and qualified Fitness Coaches passionate about training and helping members achieve their fitness goals.

To join our team in our brand new gym facility, you will need:

  • Experience supervising the gym floor, providing advice, encouragement, and support to members.
  • A passion for improving members' health and wellbeing.
  • A friendly, motivated, and engaging personality.
  • Proactive member engagement skills, maintaining activity during shifts.
  • Willingness to deliver small group training and inductions on the gym floor.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to learn technology and processes quickly.

The minimum qualifications required are:

  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness.
  • Current fitness registration or willingness to obtain one.
  • Current Senior First Aid and CPR certificates.

Pay Rate: $37.57 per hour, including 25% casual loading, plus Cockburn ARC facility membership (subject to minimum shift requirements).
