We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Service Supervisor to support our growing technician team in Adelaide. This is a key leadership role for someone ready to combine technical capability with team mentoring and customer support.

At CAPS, we specialise in compressed air and power generation systems. With a renewed focus on customer service, team development, and operational excellence, we're building something great — and you'll be central to that journey.

· Lead and support a small team of experienced field service technicians

· Assist with daily scheduling, resource planning, and technical troubleshooting

· Contribute to job quotations and technical scopes for workshop and field service

· Be a technical reference point — someone the team can turn to for guidance and support

· Support skills development through coaching, knowledge sharing, and training facilitation

· Ensure service jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and with a focus on customer satisfaction

· A mechanical or electrical trade qualification (essential)

· Strong knowledge of compressed air equipment or similar rotating machinery

· Experience supervising or mentoring others in a service environment

· A leadership approach grounded in support, trust, and building team capability

· Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset

· Familiarity with quoting, service admin, or job coordination

· Experience with service management systems or ERP platforms

· An interest in coaching, continuous improvement, and team building
