What You'll Do

  • Maintain pristine playing fields, gardens, and open spaces across the region with care and attention to detail
  • Operate and maintain irrigation systems and turf-care equipment like a pro
  • Play a key role in the upkeep and presentation of our community's most loved spaces
  • Work closely with a supportive team, sharing knowledge and helping to grow capability
  • Keep detailed records and contribute to a safe, proactive work culture

What You'll Bring
  • Certificate III in Turf Management or significant hands-on experience in turf care, gardening, or horticulture
  • Confidence in using and maintaining horticultural and turf-related equipment
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Great communication skills and a proactive approach to workplace safety
  • A current driver's licence (Light Truck endorsement desirable)
  • A love for outdoor work and a can-do attitude
