THE ROLE

As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and KPIs, coaching and developing your team, and maintaining visual standards to ensure your department is always replenished.

  • Drive conversion, sales, and KPI performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead your team to deliver a 'service over task' environment
  • Collaborate with the Back of House (BOH) team to ensure product availability on the shop floor
  • Uphold retail standards and ensure visual excellence of the store
  • Support management in profit protection processes
  • Assist with new team member inductions and ongoing training to support future store expansion
  • Encourage team performance through effective coaching

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2-3 years' experience in retail or a similar industry
  • Passion for creating an excellent service experience and culture for customers
  • Proven track record in exceeding KPIs and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize daily tasks
