Retail Store Manager - Fine Foods and Charcuterie

You are an experienced Retail Store Manager with a proven successful track record in the Retail Food Industry. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working in a family business with corporate values, and have a vision for operational excellence and continuous improvement. Your availability to work Friday nights and Saturdays aligns with your previous roles.

What to expect on a day-to-day basis?

  • Drive a customer-centric culture and create meaningful store experiences by leading by example
  • Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
  • Develop and drive financial sales, profit, and productivity by achieving set targets
  • Showcase your visual merchandising expertise by creating a welcoming and visually captivating atmosphere
  • Efficiently oversee store rostering and wage expenses, maintaining a focus on commercial acumen
  • Order and manage stock in a fast-paced environment to exceed customer expectations
  • Track store sales performance, recognize exceptional results, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to peers and management

What can we expect from you?

  • 5+ years of experience as a Retail Store and/or Department Manager
  • A passion for the retail industry and food
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Operational excellence in stock control and visual merchandising
  • Qualifications in Retail or Business Management are desirable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, inspire, empower, and motivate peers
