Sales Development Representative – Small Business Lending

Are you an energetic, driven sales professional ready to accelerate your career with one of Australia's leading fintechs? Our client is on a mission to power the growth of small businesses by making access to finance simple, fast, and hassle-free.

They're currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their high-performing Direct & Renewals team. You'll be speaking with business owners who want funding this means genuine conversations with engaged customer

About the Role

As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for small business owners looking for funding solutions. Working across both new leads and existing customer renewals, your role is to qualify needs, build rapport, and guide them through the early stages of their lending journey before passing to our Lending Specialists.

Your day-to-day will include:-

Engaging with pre-qualified leads from digital campaigns and partner referrals

Managing follow-ups and re-engaging existing customers with new funding needs

Asking the right questions to understand each business's goals and challenges

Booking appointments and generating high-quality opportunities for the sales team

Meeting and exceeding activity and conversion KPIs (and earning strong commission in the process)

What You'll

Bring- 12 months of sales experience (call centre, retail, or inside sales welcome)

A passion for helping customers succeed

Confidence in speaking over the phone and building instant rapport

Resilience, adaptability, and a hunger to hit targets
