In this job you will :

As a Leading Hand at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and grow professionally. Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics using the latest technology.

  • Lead a team and ensure objectives are communicated and achieved daily
  • Ensure operational performance across all functions including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory
  • Support and drive inventory control and accuracy across the operation
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Maintain stock integrity in the warehouse, adhering to DHL policies and procedures
  • Follow safe work practices and work instructions
  • Identify training needs and opportunities to develop the team

You have the following qualities & qualifications :

  • At least 2 years of operational experience in a high-volume warehouse or 3PL environment
  • Forklift License (High Reach, Counter Balance, Double Deep) preferred
  • Proven customer-facing experience with the ability to deliver superior customer service
  • Effective communication skills with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • WMS experience, including exposure to various functions
  • Understanding of inventory management and investigation processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
