We are seeking a suitably experienced individual to join our Financial Services team as Finance Support Officer in a Permanent Full-Time capacity.

As the Finance Support Officeryou will ensure that you:

  • Maintain efficient administration for timely processing of financial tasks and functions in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Accurately enter and maintain all financial records across a range of finance activities.
  • Provide comprehensive operational support to the Financial Services Unit, including backup support for the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Roles.

  • Accounts Payable
  • Finance Support
  • Taxation
  • Accounts Receivable

About You:

To support your success in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience and/or general understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of finance system software.
  • Proven ability to apply standard procedures, practices, Acts and Regulations.
  • Well-developed skills in using the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Highly developed customer service skills.

Salary information: $67,226.64 to $70,836.48 per annum plus superannuation
