Role Purpose

As a Retail Consultant, you will engage, listen, and guide customers to relevant products, welcoming them into our spaces. Through intentional interactions, you will deepen their experience of our products. Demonstrating products that meet customer needs, you will deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience that contributes to our commercial success.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in a customer service role or environment
  • Effective selling skills and the ability to drive outcomes
  • Successful team participation and contribution
  • Empathy to manage relationships and foster a positive, inclusive experience
  • Open mindset and curiosity to understand others, listen without judgment, and value diverse perspectives
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of skincare and the industry (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous)

This is a part-time position with an on-site working pattern.

Roster

  • Thursday 12:45 pm - 5:45 pm
  • Friday 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm
  • Saturday 8:45 am - 5:15 pm
  • Total hours: 17.75 per week
