Overview

The Browns Plains clinic is busy, varied and well-established, with a loyal client base who trust us to work up cases thoroughly. You'll see everything from routine consults and surgeries to more complex medical cases, giving you the chance to keep learning and stay sharp. The team is experienced and approachable, so there's always someone to discuss cases with. You'll have the independence to run consults and surgeries confidently on your own. Location: We are less than an hour from Brisbane CBD with easy access to public transport. Many of our team live locally and enjoy the convenience of avoiding the city commute.

About You
  • You hold a veterinary degree registrable with the Queensland Veterinary Surgeons Board
  • You are confident managing a mix of medical and surgical cases
  • You are comfortable building rapport with clients and guiding them through treatment plans
  • You value being part of a team but can work independently when needed
A day in the role
  • Running consults and building long-term client relationships
  • Performing routine and non-routine surgeries
  • Working up medical cases using evidence-based treatment
  • Providing follow-up care and clear communication with owners
