What will your typical day look like?
In the A&A Data & Digital Graduate Program, you will apply your passion for AI and data science to real client challenges. From attending meetings and unpacking complex problems to refining requirements and designing intelligent solutions, you will be involved end-to-end. You will dive deep into client data to uncover insights and develop smart, data-driven outcomes. At Deloitte, we will equip you with the latest tech and full support to help you realise your potential.
You will gain hands-on experience with analytical and programming tools like Python, SQL, and R, visualisation platforms such as Tableau and Power BI, and cutting-edge GenAI technologies including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and tools like Azure OpenAI, Databricks, and LangChain—building a future-ready skill set that sets you apart. Our team leads innovation in the AI and advanced analytics space, applying AI to create cutting-edge tech solutions. You will get the chance to work with assets like our Big Data Analytics Platform, InsightBox, and contribute to the future of intelligent data solutions.
Leverage the power of advanced analytics and AI to identify key risks for Australia's largest and most complex audit clients.
You will transform raw client data into meaningful insights, helping assess the risk of material misstatement and driving smarter, more targeted audits.
Put your programming skills to use in our Data Services team, where you will prepare data pipelines for our cutting-edge platform InsightBox, using automation and GenAI to streamline data transformation at scale.
Deliver Data-Driven Assurance by turning large, complex datasets into real-time insights—building interactive, AI-powered dashboards that help clients understand risk, enhance controls, and improve decision-making.
Explore a variety of domains, from marketing to remediation, using our proprietary tools—such as LedgerSight, which automates financial reporting, and FairPayment, which leverages advanced analytics to monitor payment behaviour across small businesses.
Disrupt the future of analytics and assurance by contributing to the enhancement of InsightBox, our Big Data Analytics platform designed to reimagine audit through intelligent automation and large AI integration.
Gain hands-on experience working in agile teams alongside developers and data scientists, using modern technologies including Python, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, .NET, C#, Bash—and emerging GenAI frameworks and APIs.

You re passionate about AI and data. You enjoy working with complex datasets and likely studied computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. You are also:
Eager to apply AI to solve real-world problems
Comfortable with tools like Python, SQL, and visualisation platforms—and curious about GenAI technologies like large language models and prompt engineering
Analytical and methodical, but not afraid to explore ambiguity
A strong team player who thrives on collaboration
Finishing your studies in mid or late 2024 (or recently graduated)
