About The role

We are looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to be responsible for the analysis and implementation of revenue strategies to maximise commercial performance. Reporting to the National Revenue Manager Tourism, your responsibilities will focus on revenue and yield management for a cluster of holiday parks in our network.

Responsibilities

  • Daily rate and inventory management for properties to ensure revenue is optimised in accordance with market conditions and growing market share
  • Clear understanding of all revenue related statistics at all of your properties; i.e. pick up trends by accommodation type, price demand, season, stay time etc.
  • Monitor and analyse the system-Forecasted revenue at each property, using information from PowerBI dashboards, pickup & trend reports, and in context to both last year and budgeted expectations
  • Conduct ongoing competitor pricing to ensure proper rate positioning
  • Assist the Revenue Systems Specialist in maintaining the PMS and handling queries from the network
  • Conduct regular revenue meetings with the park managers in your portfolio to review performance and recommend actions
  • Travel to parks as required to develop relationships and instil best practice in revenue and yield management
  • Maintain rate and package information in distribution channels (direct digital, OTA's and marketing affiliations selling channels)

About You

  • Practical revenue management experience in the accommodation/travel industry is essential
  • Confident communication skills and an ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
  • In-depth understanding of property operations
  • A strong work ethic and an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel quarterly throughout the network as required
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Trained in Newbook PMS and PowerBI is advantageous but not essential
  • Previous experience using an accommodation-based PMS system, eg. Opera, RMS
