In this role, you will report to and be guided by the Clinical Manager – Sterilising Services and the Sterilising Services Supervisors. You will be trained to complete the cleaning, inspection, wrapping, and sterilisation of reusable medical devices (RMDs).

Position Type: Permanent full-time, part-time, and casual positions available.

To ensure consistency and a continuous workflow between Sterilising Services, Theatres, Wards, and Medical Suites, you must demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team while maintaining high operational standards.

About You: To succeed, you will bring proven experience in Sterilisation Services within a hospital setting, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Criteria:

  • Certificate III in Sterilisation (or currently enrolled in this course)
  • Previous experience in Flexible Endoscope and Ultrasound Probe processing is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work rotating am/pm roster and night duty

Remuneration: Base hourly rate ranging from $32.36 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
