Operating from our cutting-edge facility, we build premium vehicles using advanced materials and precision processes. Every detail matters – and as a Detailing Team Member, you'll be one of the final touches that leaves a lasting impression.

The Opportunity

As a Detailing Team Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring each caravan is presented at an exceptional standard before customer handover. Reporting to the Senior Production Supervisor, your work will span both interior and exterior detailing—ensuring everything from cabinetry and soft furnishings to windows and paintwork is cleaned, polished, and perfected.

Your contribution directly upholds our reputation for quality and luxury, helping us exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Clean and polish all caravan interiors and exteriors to luxury presentation standards.
  • Use safe and effective techniques on cabinetry, appliances, upholstery, and more.
  • Inspect vans for marks, dust, or imperfections—correcting them to ensure a flawless finish.
  • Flag defects or damage for rectification by QA or production teams.
  • Follow WH&S and PPE requirements, especially when handling chemicals.
  • Collaborate with Commissioning and QA teams to align with final delivery schedules.
  • Assist in preparing caravans for showroom display, marketing, or customer pickup.
  • Support process improvement initiatives in detailing materials and techniques.
  • Uphold Zone RV brand standards with care and pride in every van you finish.

Skills & Experience
  • Experience in vehicle detailing, cleaning, preferred.
  • Confidence working with luxury finishes and high-end materials.
  • Keen eye for detail and dedication to high-quality presentation.
  • Physically capable of completing hands-on work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a production team.
  • Strong communication and pride in delivering a premium customer product.
  • PPE-compliant (safety shoes/boots, gloves, masks as required).
