About You

Located in or near Gosford or Tuggerah. Ability to work across two sites. Prior experience within the Employment Services Industry is highly desirable. Transferrable skills from Sales, Marketing or Customer Service industry. Passionate about finding people employment. Business development experience is highly desirable. A resilient attitude with the ability to adapt. Ability to work from the office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role.

About the Role

As a Job Coach, you will shape the future for people seeking sustainable employment through the Disability Employment Services (DES) contract. You will interact with people at all stages of the employment journey and work closely within the team to deliver excellent employment outcomes.

Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include

Leading the design and execution of tailored employment pathway plans. Supporting job seekers to develop confidence and skills to re-enter the workforce. Adhering to government contractual requirements within a quality & compliance framework. Providing post-placement support to job seekers and employers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Working with employers to manage employer vacancies.
