All Souls St Gabriels School, in partnership with SchoolHouse, invites applications for the position of Head of Boarding — a pivotal role within the school's Senior Leadership Team. With a strong focus on pastoral care, this position is integral to the wellbeing and development of boarding students and reflects the vital role boarding plays in the life and culture of the school.

All Souls St Gabriels School is an independent co-educational boarding school located in Charters Towers, 130km west of Townsville. This P-12 school has a long tradition of academic, vocational and extra-curricular success and a reputation for developing outstanding young men and women who are destined to make a difference in this ever-changing world.

As a member of the School's Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Boarding is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the boarding houses. This includes overseeing boarding staff and ensuring that the boarding community at All Souls St Gabriels School is a caring, nurturing, and supportive environment that prioritises the wellbeing and holistic development of students.
