About the Role

Based in Stafford, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Sales Representative to join a high-performing retail team. Working from the showroom and on the road, you'll assist customers with selecting flooring solutions and manage the process from quote to installation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building genuine connections and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a project through from start to finish. For the right person, there is also the potential to grow into a Project Coordinator role within the commercial division.

Skills and Experience

Strong people skills with the ability to build long-term relationships

Confident and proactive approach to sales - consultative, not pushy

Able to work flexibly, including occasional weekends or after-hours callouts

Highly organised with strong follow-up and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and develop within the business

A valid driver's licence is essential

Benefits and Rewards

60,000 to $70,000 base + super + uncapped commissions (OTE $85K-$120K+)
