Overview

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Goodstart Trinity Beach is a 75 place centre located close to the beautiful beach, offering a vibrant and nurturing environment for children. The Centre encompasses an outdoor space providing an ideal setting for play-based learning and exploration. The centre is committed to fostering growth and development in a supportive community.

Responsibilities
  • Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence
  • Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children
  • Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
