Overview

We are seeking a skilled C# and C++ software developer to join our Options Trading desk. As a member of this team, you will primarily focus on developing market making strategies used by the Options trading desk.

Our technologists are at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge technology with the fast-paced world of trading. We build powerful trading systems in the financial industry and solve complex problems in a constantly changing environment.

From large-scale computations, real-time systems, high-performance computing to petabytes of data, we integrate sophisticated coding techniques with innovative engineering ideas. Our teams design and optimize systems that can process massive amounts of data while ensuring high performance and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Support Leading-Edge Technologies: You will be responsible for designing and optimizing systems that can process massive amounts of data while ensuring high performance and stability.
  • Collaborate with Trading and Quantitative Research Teams: You will partner closely with our Trading, Quantitative Research, Infrastructure, and Strategy Development teams to develop and manage scalable, highly performant systems supporting trading in the region.
  • Growth and Innovation: We're looking for individuals who are naturally curious, relentless problem solvers, and eager to continuously innovate, learn, and grow.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams are essential.

Requirements:

  • C++ development skills with extensive knowledge of design, profiling, OOP, multi-threading, and performance-focused back-end development.
  • Experience in quoting systems and market making strategies would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and derivatives products.
  • Willingness to work in C# and adapt to different programming languages as needed.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
