Overview

Duties
  • Provide accurate, timely management reporting, analysis, and strategic advice to the GM of FP&A, the Finance Leadership Team, and Group Executives
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly within performance reporting teams across business units, to enhance collaboration and information flow
  • Provide strategic recommendations and expert advice on key trends, drivers, risks and predicted future impacts to protect and enhance icare's financial position
  • Prepare management reports to the Group Executive team and to the icare Board and contribute to other icare Board reports as needed
  • Work closely with the GM of FP&A to plan and coordinate the team's deliverables, incorporating inputs from the FP&A leadership team, key stakeholders, and relevant Treasury guidelines (including streamlining the management reporting suite for icare)
Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Practising Accountant or Actuary
  • Management accounting experience within the insurance industry
  • Relationship management skills and experience
  • Financial leadership experience, including people management
