  • Independently address the financial needs of regional businesses, and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework.
  • Utilize your deep interest in the broader regional economic environment and how these factors impact businesses.
  • Build robust relationships with both customers directly, local industry bodies and with internal and external business partners more generally.
  • Drive business growth through the delivery of a unique, client-centric proposition to the regional SME market.
  • Help design and deliver the best practice relationship model for our regional customers.
