- Independently address the financial needs of regional businesses, and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework.
- Utilize your deep interest in the broader regional economic environment and how these factors impact businesses.
- Build robust relationships with both customers directly, local industry bodies and with internal and external business partners more generally.
- Drive business growth through the delivery of a unique, client-centric proposition to the regional SME market.
- Help design and deliver the best practice relationship model for our regional customers.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in regional commercial and/or agribusiness banking, credit, or related field.
