About the Role:

As Electrical Supervisor you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our solar farms. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, safety-focused environment, with excellent career growth potential in the rapidly expanding solar industry.

• Location: Port Augusta (South Australia)
• Work Vehicle & Tools provided
• Laptop and phone provided

• Coordination of all O&M staff & work activities
• Supervision of the operation of the Plant & site personnel
• Support by performing and supporting administrative tasks as directed by the Site Manager and Regional Operations Manager
• Perform all required electrical & HV works
• Perform all reasonable requests as directed by management
• Update & utilisation of CMMS including issue/schedule work requests
• Review work permits and HSE compliances
• Shutdown and re-energisation of the power stations and substation (HV switching)
• Perform any intervention and/or corrective action
• Ensure safety remains the highest priority by promoting safety within the work group and ensuring no unsafe activities are permitted; preparation and submission of reports if required

We're seeking a reliable, safety-focused Electrical Tradesperson who can take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team. You should have:

• Unrestricted Class Electrical License (SA) (Required)
• High Voltage Switching Qualification (High desirable)
• Work safely in the construction industry Card (Required)
• Cert. IV Work Health & Safety (High desirable)
• Low Voltage Rescue Training (Required)
• CPR Training (Required)
• A valid Driver's License

  • Proactive with a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills
  • A team player with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
