Nuway Landscape Supplies, Queensland's largest landscape supplies chain, is now looking for a 2IC (Assistant Manager) at our Pine Rivers Store.

As a 2IC, you will be responsible for managing most store operations, including staff management, stock purchasing, cash handling, merchandising, health and safety, and store presentation.

Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high levels of customer service. This role involves some physical labour, so candidates need to be energetic and keen.

If you have previously worked as a full-time supervisor, duty manager, operations manager, or have strong performance as a floor staff member seeking career advancement, this could be the right opportunity for you.

To succeed, you should:

  • Have retail experience
  • Possess excellent communication skills with clients
  • Have strong administration skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Hold a forklift license (an advantage)
  • Hold a loader license (an advantage)
  • Experience in supervising and training staff is preferred
