About The Role

We are seeking highly skilled Support Workers to join our new SIL House in Caboolture, supporting participants to live independently.

About You

We look for like-minded support workers who uphold our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creativity, Inspiration, Mindfulness, & Boldness. Additionally, candidates must meet mandatory experience and compliance requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern in a SIL environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Mental Health, Disability, or related field
  • Experience with Mental Health, Schizophrenia, Autism, ASD, BSP
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Medication Training Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Manual Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver's license and fully insured vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Availability across a 24/7 roster
