Client Accounts and Reporting

In your new role you will be accountable for managing your own portfolio of client relationships and ensuring accuracy in Bordereau reporting.

What are my accountabilities?

  1. Work cross functionally with other Service Line Leads to ensure adherence to agreed/implemented policies and procedures.
  2. Accountable for reporting on client contractual obligations.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all parts of the Third-Party Administrator business as well as external working relationships with clients.
  4. Assist with on-boarding of new clients.
  5. Maintain oversight of specific loss funds with responsibility to complete bordereau reports and work with client to receive funds.

About you:

  1. Previous experience in claims management/third party administration.
  2. Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  3. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
