Overview

OPSM is looking for a Retail Associate to join our Wollongong team. No optical experience is required – we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience. At OPSM, we are passionate about opening eyes to the unseen and have been looking after the eyes of Australians and New Zealanders for over 80 years.

Your Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting customers and providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Processing specialised orders for customers.

About You
  • Previous retail, sales or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
