As a SAP Finance Techno-Functional Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving technological change within the organisation. Your role will involve leading a technical community of practice, where you will embrace Agile methodology and supporting frameworks. You will ensure the quality of outcomes, documentation, code quality and team ethos by driving these philosophies. Your key responsibility will be to design, develop, support, maintain and deliver solutions that enable the business to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this SAP Finance Techno-Functional Lead position brings over 13 years of relevant SAP Finance IT industry experience within a complex technology operating environment. You have strong SAP ECC / S4 HANA and SAP Reinsurance implementation and support experience. Your solid ECC/S4 HANA and FSCD/PSCD integration experience with enterprise applications sets you apart from others. You have an understanding or working knowledge with Guidewire/Policy Center/ Billing Center or Claim Center systems.

• 13+ years relevant SAP Finance IT industry experience
• Strong SAP ECC / S4 HANA and SAP Reinsurance implementation and support experience
• Solid ECC/S4 HANA and FSCD/PSCD integration experience with enterprise applications
• Understanding or working knowledge with Guidewire/Policy Center/ Billing Center or Claim Center systems
• Experience developing digital and enterprise SAP Finance/Insurance/FSCD applications
• Working knowledge of Agile and Project Management Methodologies
• Proven success in improving quality in a technology organisation
• Ability to implement generic, re-usable solutions or frameworks
