Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all clinical intake and assessments for participants across the organisations services
  • Oversee clinical governance and quality assurance initiatives
  • Provide strong leadership and mentoring to a multidisciplinary team
  • Manage complex cases with confidence, compassion, and emotional intelligence
  • Foster positive relationships with participants, families, and key stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement aligned with NDIS standards
  • Collaborate across support functions to ensure seamless participant care
What You Bring
  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience in NDIS, disability, or community health services
  • Strong clinical leadership background (senior/management level)
  • Knowledge of NDIS Quality Safeguards Framework (or a willingness to learn)
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with emotional intelligence
  • Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel
