Connected Woman Volunteer - Darwin NT role at Australian Red Cross.
We are looking for volunteers to join the Connected Women Program in Darwin, Northern Territory. The program aims to build and strengthen social connections by developing skills, knowledge, language ability and confidence to contribute and lead in communities.
Responsibilities- Engage with community initiatives and support vulnerable people across Australia as part of Red Cross programs.
- Contribute to the Connected Women Program, helping to develop and lead activities and events identified by the group.
- Participate in program activities such as community events and exhibitions that empower women and build social connections.
- Undergo the required checks and clearances to volunteer (see Application Requirements).
- Application requires uploading a recent copy of your CV.
- You will be required to undertake a National Police Check, organised through Red Cross.
- Depending on your State/Territory, you may need to hold or apply for a Working With Children Check or Working With Vulnerable People Check. Red Cross can assist with this process.
