Overview

Personal Banker (internal title: Customer Relationship Officer) at Bendigo Bank - Community Bank Samford, QLD. Deliver an exceptional banking experience by meeting customers\' end-to-end needs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver win-win solutions for the bank and customers by understanding current and future goals and designing suitable solutions.
  • Educate and support customers with digital literacy and online banking in a changing environment.
  • Guide customers through personalised lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options.
  • Engage in on-the-job learning and development opportunities to advance your career.
  • Build connections with customers and the community, supporting local initiatives and events.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Samford. Roster: 76 hours per fortnight.

What you'll bring
  • Proven ability to achieve sales results through customer-focused solutions.
  • Confidence to communicate with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different.
  • Drive for collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience in consumer lending is a plus but not essential.
