Your role extends beyond greeting clients; you will be the initial point of contact for understanding and addressing their needs.

Driven by results and equipped with excellent listening skills, you will recommend high-quality skin and treatments, with a focus on the best interests of our clients.

• A passion for customer service and building relationships with new and returning clients.
• An eye for identifying sales opportunities and processing sales and re-booking clients using Zenoti.
• Professional phone etiquette when handling incoming calls.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including late nights and weekend shifts.
