What We're Looking For
  • Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to learn.
  • Enjoys outdoor work and comfortable working at heights.
  • Driver's licence (mandatory).
  • White Card, Working at Heights or EWP ticket = bonus (training provided if needed).
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Clean National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Fit, hands-on workers who take pride in quality work.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining solar panels, gutters, and bird-proofing systems.
  • Working across residential, commercial, government, and solar farm sites.
  • Using company-supplied vehicles, PPE, and equipment.
  • Representing Solar Wash with professionalism and pride.
