National Key Account Manager

  • Salary: $130k - $140k + Super + Bonus + Car Allowance
  • Experience in Auto glass industry or similar managing key relationship and accounts

About the Company

Our client is seeking a National Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by managing strategic accounts across the country. If you're a results-driven professional with a proven track record in account management, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value customers to support business growth.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and present client proposals and presentations.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the Executive team.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  • Analyse key account metrics and report findings to the Executive team.
  • Promote company products and services to maximise revenue.
  • Support the company's pricing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the State Manager to define customer and marketing strategies.
  • Establish a national sales agenda and call frequency for key accounts.
  • Interstate travel required to service clients and provide ongoing support.

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and account management.
  • Experience in the Auto Glass industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster lasting client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
