Job: Senior - Principal Strategy Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans for clients, focusing on growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats across various industries.
  3. Collaborate with client leadership teams to define and execute strategic initiatives that align with their business goals and Mandala Partners' mission.
  4. Provide expert guidance on business model optimization, market entry strategies, and operational improvements.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of client projects, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, with a focus on various industries.
  3. Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and driving business growth.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  6. Deep understanding of the strategic consulting landscape, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
