Data Analyst

Data Analyst (0 Experience Required) role at Peroptyx. As a Maps Evaluator, you will provide ground truth for your town, city or country to help digital mapping applications ensure accurate and safe navigation. You will verify that business names and opening hours are correct and that distances between points are accurately listed to improve user experiences.
This role offers a highly flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, allowing you to work from your home office and set your own hours.
Responsibilities- Review mapping data for digital mapping applications to validate accuracy of navigation routes.
- Verify business names, opening hours, and distance calculations between points.
- Ensure data quality to support reliable user experiences in mapping services.
- Excellent local knowledge of your home country.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the geography and culture of Australia.
- Analytical mindset.
- Must be living in Australia for a minimum of 5 consecutive years.
- Must pass an online open-book exam to verify understanding of material and concepts.
- Must be willing to work a minimum of 10 hours and up to 20 hours per week depending on task availability.
- Good working knowledge of search engines, map applications and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Strong ability to learn, understand and apply multiple sets of instructions.
- All work must be of an independent nature.
- Work up to 20 hours per week.
