Overview

We're seeking a reliable and skilled Service Technician who's ready to hit the road. This role involves travelling across Western Australia for up to 2–4 trips per month to support our clients with on-site service and maintenance. All travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and a company vehicle, are provided to ensure smooth and comfortable trips. If you enjoy variety in your work, are flexible with travel, and thrive in hands-on technical environments, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent

Reporting: Service Manager

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Preference for a Mechanical or Service Technician background or field experience within the healthcare or service-related sector.
  • Strong problem solving to customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to deliver a high level of communication and professional customer service
  • The ability to work independently with strong time management, punctuality and admin skillset
  • Current and valid Driver's License and willing to travel to meet client requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service
  • Preparing clear, accurate and concise service records
  • Maintaining servicing equipment and the company vehicle in a good condition, ensuring inventory is adequate
  • Become an expert on our products, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings and using this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs
  • Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy
  • Fully maintained company van, mobile and laptop
