ABOUT THE COMPANY.

With an exceptionally strong pipeline of work secured, they are seeking to employ a skilled Structures Foreman to assist with the delivery of high-end residential projects over $100M in Newcastle.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

Your position will report directly to a Site Manager and will oversee on-site construction activity. You will be working on this project from start to finish and will place much focus on ensuring the site is in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time. You will be supported by a team consisting of a Project Director, Site Managers, Foremen, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Cadets.

  1. WHS Management
  2. Subcontractor Management
  3. Structures and finishes
  4. Assist Site Manager
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  1. Trade qualification
  2. Demonstrated project experience on high-rise residential projects
  3. Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
