Go Test and Tag is seeking a Remote Service Coordinator (Pakistan-based only) to support our electrical compliance operations across NSW and ACT, Australia. This full-time virtual role is ideal for someone highly organised, tech-savvy, and confident in coordinating services, scheduling technicians, and communicating with clients.

Comprehensive training will be provided, and you'll work directly with the CEO and our field technicians to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Comprehensive training will be provided, and you'll work directly with the CEO and our field technicians to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily job schedules for field technicians using our CRM system
• Professionally communicate with Australian clients and internal staff via email and WhatsApp
• Confirm site access, job details, and special instructions ahead of scheduled work
• Track technician reports, service forms, and post-job follow-ups
• Maintain and update job/client records using Google Workspace
• Send overdue testing reminders and assist with booking confirmations
• Monitor job progress, flag issues, and support general administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Must be currently based in Pakistan
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM AEST
• Strong written and professional communication skills in English
• Prior experience using CRMs or job scheduling tools
• Comfortable with Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and WhatsApp Web
• Highly reliable internet connection and access to a functioning laptop/PC with headset
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, punctuality, and accountability

This is a remote, long-term opportunity with an established Australian-owned electrical safety business. We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and committed to helping streamline our compliance and scheduling operations.

Note: Only candidates residing in Pakistan will be considered.
