We're on the hunt for a talented Designer to jump in and help us bring our clients' ideas to life — anything from first sketch to final file. You'll be part of our studio team, designing and rolling out everything from eye-catching brochures, POS, and adverts to slick web banners and scroll-stopping social content.

We're looking for someone who's organised, proactive, and has that magic combo of creativity + attention to detail. You'll be working to deadlines, staying on brief, and keeping our clients' brands looking their absolute best.

What You'll Be Doing

• Bringing campaigns and everyday design projects to life — sometimes flying solo, sometimes collaborating with our studio lead.
• Creating work that's bang-on brand, consistent, and visually engaging.
• Keeping our design assets tidy and easy to find (future-you will thank you).
• Lending a hand to the studio team with their daily projects.

What You'll Need in Your Toolkit

• Adobe Creative Cloud mastery — especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• A love for detail — the kind where you spot things others miss.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• The ability to juggle multiple projects and still meet deadlines.
• Reliability and a solid work ethic.

Bonus Points If You Have

• 2–3 years' experience in a design role.
• Basic chops in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Experience working to tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• A self-starter attitude — you see what needs doing and just do it.
• Full working rights in Australia.
