Are you a passionate and experienced early childhood leader ready to make a meaningful impact? SCECS is seeking a dedicated and inspiring Centre Director to lead our Caringbah centre, located at Our Lady of Fatima Preschool & Long Day Care.

Onsite Parking

Hold A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care

Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role/Director role

Confident with the assessment and rating process

Have a good understanding of the Cycle of planning and the documentation process for children's learning

Be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of NQS, NQF and EYLF.

Hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualifications

Hold a Food Supervisor Certificate

Support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students. As part of our commitment to providing a holistic and values-based education, the successful candidate will be expected to support and implement the Religious Education Framework within the centre.

Desirable: Actively contribute to the life, mission and work of the Catholic faith community.

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

SCECS is a Child Safe Organisation dedicated to the Protection of every child in our care. SCECS aims to create environments where children's safety and well-being is the centre of thought, values and actions. This role requires a WWCC clearance prior to commencement of employment.
