Step Into Senior Sales Leadership with Safety Champion

Safety Champion is on a mission to protect 1 billion people through smarter safety software. We're now hiring a Senior Account Executive* to help us close major accounts while preparing to take on leadership responsibility as our team grows.

We're in the middle of a strategic GTM reset — pricing uplift, segment focus, sales process clarity, and a BHAG worth fighting for. As SAE, you'll drive strategic wins and help shape our sales motion for years to come.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Full-cycle ownership of large, complex deals ($50k–$150k ACV)
  • Deep discovery, challenger selling, and structured MEDDPICC qualification
  • Shadow coaching and mentoring of junior AEs and CS reps
  • Working with the Sales Manager on playbooks, pricing evolution, and pipeline structure
  • Optional: contribute to hiring, onboarding, and revenue planning

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS, with closing experience at $50k+ ACV
  • Experience mentoring or onboarding peers
  • Strategic mindset: you can think like a Sales Manager, not just an AE
  • Strong CRM habits, value-based selling skills, and commercial savvy
  • Purpose-driven, coachable, and ready to step into more
