What You Can Expect

• Our graduate program starts with a supportive and extensive six-month orientation that includes:
• an intensive initial orientation, blending collective learning with all our new graduates and practical time at your office to meet and shadow your peers
• weekly clinical supervision with further informal supports
• regular coaching from your team leader to adjust to the challenges of work
• a diverse clientele with a chance to deliver services to children, young people and adults living with disability, as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Compensation and Benefits

You'll receive an attractive salary and benefits in line with Novita's enterprise agreement. Additionally, you can salary package living expenses up to $15,900 per year, increasing your take-home pay. Further salary-packaging benefits are available, including meal and entertainment expenses, novated vehicle leasing and additional superannuation contributions.

• registration (or impending registration) with the professional body relevant to your discipline
• an innovative, resourceful and creative therapy approach that reflects a competent level of professional knowledge and skill
• ability to work independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team, seeking guidance from senior clinicians or management as appropriate
• demonstrated exemplary customer service skills
• ability to communicate effectively with clients, family members, colleagues and leaders
