The Department of Justice and Community Safety provides compliance, enforcement, and regulatory services to the Victorian community.
The Justice Officer role involves administration and client service duties across various locations and regions. As part of a regional administration team, the role requires a commitment to team building and the efficient delivery of administrative services, including Community Correctional Services, Sheriff's operations, Consumer Affairs, and front-of-house enquiries such as Births, Deaths, and Marriages application lodgements.

The role requires a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, integrity, accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
About YouAs an ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Well-developed computer literacy and administration skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- The capacity to assist clients in navigating the department's various services.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary service delivery team would be advantageous.
A driver's license is preferred but not essential.
