About Our School

St Mary's Cathedral College is a K-12 co-educational, dual campus college from 2025. We are seeking an outstanding and experienced teacher with a strong academic background to join our highly successful TAS Faculty. This is an ongoing, full-time position, commencing on Monday, 15 September 2025, or by negotiation.

Essential Criteria :

  • Ability to teach Stage 6 Enterprise Computing and Stage 5 Computing Technology.

The successful applicant will :

  • Have the ability to teach Stage 4 Technology Mandatory.
  • Be an innovative, future-focused educator passionate about collaborative work.
  • Have a thorough understanding of Workplace Health & Safety requirements in TAS.
  • Demonstrate exemplary classroom practice and hold suitable qualifications.
  • Be a dynamic practitioner of Technology with experience in teaching, programming, and assessment.
  • Have knowledge of NESA syllabi, including assessment & reporting requirements that facilitate personalized learning.
  • Confidently integrate technology into the curriculum to promote quality learning principles.
  • Ability to differentiate the curriculum to meet diverse student needs.
  • Demonstrate sound interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Support the Catholic life of the College.

You will have attained :

  • A tertiary qualification in Education.
  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
