Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator - Aitken Hill Primary School

As an OSHC Coordinator with TheirCare Pty Ltd, you will lead a dedicated before and after school care service and holiday programs that support local families. TheirCare delivers OSHC and Holiday Programs across Australia, and was founded in 2017 to enrich communities and support families.

About the Role

As an OSHC Coordinator, you'll lead your own service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families. You'll:

  • Design and deliver engaging programs for children years of age.
  • Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
  • Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
  • Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.
Hours

7:00am – 9:00am and 2:15pm – 6:30pm, plus weekly admin hours. Monday to Friday only — no weekend work

About You

You are passionate about making a difference in children's lives and thrive on building strong, positive relationships. While experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred, it's not essential.

You Will Have
  • Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar). Check for details relevant to your state.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
  • Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
