ABOUT THE ROLE
- As the Marketing Lead for Unravel Carbon, you will drive diverse marketing initiatives with the primary responsibility of generating a qualified pipeline for the sales team. You will own the strategy and execution of demand generation activities while enhancing Unravel Carbon's presence and brand across Australia, Japan, Singapore, and the Asia-Pacific region, with potential involvement in the United States.
- This is a unique opportunity to drive Unravel Carbon's growth while contributing our mission to accelerate the world's transition to a zero-carbon economy,
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including founders/leadership, product design, business development, and external agencies, you will lead efforts in areas such as lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, and partner engagement.
- A passion for climate-tech solutions and storytelling in this space is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Unravel Carbon's mission to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Brand Awareness: Increase brand awareness globally through targeted campaigns, strategic partnerships, and innovative content strategies.
- Content & Brand Management: Create and adapt high-quality marketing content while ensuring brand consistency and enhancing Unravel Carbon's visibility and reputation.
- Event Marketing: Plan and execute impactful events such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows to engage customers and partners while showcasing expertise.
- Performance & Digital Platform Management: Monitor key performance metrics and manage digital platforms to optimize marketing strategies and streamline operations.
- Partner Marketing: Build and manage strategic partnerships to co-create campaigns and initiatives that amplify reach and foster collaboration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, product design, and business development, to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing or related fields (minimum 3 years).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams and regions.
- Proficient in LinkedIn and SEO strategies, with demonstrated ability to determine and focus on the most effective growth channels for Unravel Carbon.
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude, who will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where you will be learning quickly, experimenting, and taking ownership to drive impact
- A systems-minded marketer who is comfortable leveraging AI tools to scale content creation, marketing automation, and outbound initiatives.
- A strong alignment with Unravel Carbon's mission to accelerate the world's progress toward a zero-carbon economy, to integrate climate-driven decisions into global business practices, and to leave a habitable world for future generations, along with a deep appreciation for our six core values.
- Based in Australia, Singapore, the United States or Japan
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent visual communication and copywriting skills for various marketing channels.
- Proficiency in digital lead generation tools and data analysis.
- Experience with lead flow automation tools, preferably HubSpot, and related CRM systems.
- Experience managing websites, social media channels, and other physical and digital marketing assets.
- Ability to manage external providers to bridge resource and skill gaps efficiently.
- Capability to work vertically with directors and founders as well as horizontally with peers in a fast-growing startup environment.

YOUR PREFERRED BACKGROUND
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Experience managing websites, social media channels, and other digital assets.
- Global mindset, but familiar with the APAC market and culture
