About the Role:

As a Consultant Solicitor, you will have the freedom to manage your own client relationships, set your fees, and work the hours that suit your lifestyle.

Whether you're an established lawyer looking for greater control over your work-life balance, a part-time solicitor transitioning into consulting, or a lawyer seeking to build a niche practice and client base from scratch, this role is designed to help you grow on your terms.

• Experience: At least 4 years post-admission legal experience (required).

• Business Development: While we provide substantial BD support, you will need to get comfortable with networking and have the drive to grow your client base.
• Qualifications: Must hold a current Australian practicing certificate with no supervision conditions.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, client-focused, and driven to succeed in a flexible work environment.
