Are you ready to use your experience in the aged care or NDIS sector to drive real change and growth?

We're on the hunt for a Business Development Manager who's passionate, proactive, and strategic — someone who knows how to build connections, attract clients, and drive sustainable business growth in the care and support services industry.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on attracting new clients and expanding our reach in both aged care and NDIS. You'll lead strategy, outreach, and stakeholder engagement efforts to increase referrals and job flow. You'll also manage LinkedIn (company and personal) to raise brand visibility and generate leads.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute growth strategies in line with business goals

Build and nurture relationships with referral sources, case managers, coordinators, and providers

Generate new leads and attract jobs through networking, marketing, and direct outreach

Use LinkedIn (personal and company profiles) to actively build our brand and create traction

Collaborate with directors and internal teams to align sales with operations

Identify new business opportunities across the aged care and NDIS space

Attend expos, events, and site visits as required

Report on KPIs, pipeline, and growth opportunities

About You

Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management

Background in NDIS, aged care, or healthcare strongly preferred

You're confident in presenting, networking, and building trust with diverse stakeholders

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiar with using CRM tools and LinkedIn for outreach

Self-driven, accountable, and strategic in thinking

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
