About the Role :

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join the dynamic team within Adult Community Mental Health.

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

In this role, you'll provide expert psychiatric assessment, treatment, and consultation services within our community-based mental health team. This position offers a blend of clinical excellence and collaborative teamwork, supporting adults with complex mental health needs in a recovery-focused environment. Applications are welcome from experienced psychiatrists and those nearing completion of training from Australia and New Zealand. International candidates from New Zealand and the UK are encouraged to apply. Eligibility requires a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, appropriate specialist qualifications, and registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with specialist registration, or other qualifications as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award.
