What We're Looking For:
  • Retail experience essential – especially in paint, hardware, or home improvement
  • A full, valid driver's licence – essential
  • Able to lift up to 25kg
  • Full time - Available to work regular roster within store opening hours (Monday–Sunday)
  • Casual - Flexible with their availability and able to work a variety of hours across weekdays and weekends
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to learn
  • A team player with leadership potential
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assisting customers with paint choices, colours, and product advice
  • Selling products to fill customer orders
  • Managing stock, receiving deliveries, and maintaining store appearance
  • Providing excellent service and helping build customer relationships
  • Contributing to team sales goals and daily store operations

Inspirations Paint is Australia's largest network of paint stores, with over 130 stores nationwide. We supply both professional painters and DIY retail customers. Over 100 of our stores are franchisees, run independently by the store owners. The Franchisor is Inspirations Paint Stores Pty Ltd.

Each year, we sell over 25 million litres of paint, which accounts for 1-in-every-5 litres of paint sold in Australia. It's like every fifth building across Australia is painted with paint from an Inspirations Paint store.
